Okay, so I said I wasn't going to journal here EVER, but this is just so awesome I have to share it! For the last 8 weeks I've been reading this book called The Artist's Way. It is seriously changing my life. I have no idea what to say to do it the adequate amount of justice... But, basically, anyone and everyone who has anything to do with Deviant Art would benefit HUGELY from reading it and doing the exercises. It was written to help "blocked" artists rediscover their creativity (and themselves), but it's applicable to every person on Earth! If you're having trouble with your creative pursuits (whatever form they may take and for whatever reason) go to the library and check out this book! Or buy it! I can't even begin to tell you how awesome it is!!! It's a book that every artist - blocked or not - NEEDS to own. Within it's pages you will find humor, experience, sympathy, advice, inspiration, strength, and oodles of wisdom. Not to mention a billion other things.
